It should be noted that no service washes are undertaken and in our opinion the Launderette offers tremendous potential for further increase, especially with the introduciton of service washes. (We understand the turnover in respect of the Dry Cleaning Agency averages in the region of £100 p.w). We are further advised that the Snack Bar has recently been closed due to family reasons, however, in our opinion offers tremendous potential for further development in the right hands.
