I will not approach the vendors, staff, customers, suppliers, neighbours or competitors of any business Nationwide Businesses Ltd are offering for sale. I undertake not to provide any third parties (other than to professionally recognised bodies e.g. accountants, solicitors, etc.) with information issued by Nationwide Businesses Ltd, the vendors or their advisers direct. All offers and negotiations will be made via Nationwide Businesses Ltd. I agree should I act either directly or indirectly to exclude Nationwide Businesses Ltd (the vendors appointed selling agents) in the sale process then I shall be liable for Nationwide Businesses Ltd fees, costs and forgone interest. i.e. if I or my associate buy a business Nationwide Businesses Ltd are offering for sale and Nationwide Businesses Limited fees are not paid in full I shall be liable for Nationwide Businesses Limited commission. Your responsibilities You must keep your username and password in a secure place and not disclose it to anyone else. You are responsible for the actions of anyone who accesses the Service using your username and password. We reserve the right to: (i) limit the provision of the Service to any person or geographic area we wish; (ii) change the scope of the Service; and (iii) change these terms. This does not affect any other rights that we may have. However, before we do any of these things we shall try to give you reasonable prior notice. The Agreement is personal to you and you must not share or transfer the Services with or to any other person without our consent. Each of these terms shall be construed separately, applying and surviving even if for any reason other of those provisions are held inapplicable or unenforceable in any circumstance and shall remain in force notwithstanding the termination or expiry of our agreement with you.
