Turnover |
GOLF COURSE TURNOVER. We understand at the present time there are approximately 100 members. Club fees income approx. £30,000 p.a. In addition Pay & Play at the present time provides an additional turnover of approximately £30,000 p.a.
TEAROOMS TURNOVER. We are informed the turnover in respect of the tearooms is at present in the region of £75,000 p.a. however in our opinion both the income from the Golf Course and the Tearooms has tremendous potential under personal supervision.

The vendor owns the freehold and subject to satisfactory references is prepared to grant a new 9 years full repairing and insuring lease at a rental of £25,000 p.a. exclusive of rates for the first 3 years, with rent review at that time and thereafter every 3 years.
